Why is iPhone 15 ProMax Screen repair difficult?
“Important Display message Warning”.
Is it annoying you? How to get rid of it?
Repairing iPhone 15 Pro Max screen is a herculean task. The reason is quite simple – its Apple’s new design. The monopoly brand in the world of smartphones makes sure that their design stays as complex as it can. Why? So that, it can never be duplicated! The more the complex Apple designs its phone, the lower its repairability score reaches. SMASHED IT recommends that only experienced logic board repair technicians should undertake this repair.
If you have been a loyal user of an iPhone, you might be well aware that the screen replacing is not that easy. Especially, when it comes to iPhone 15 series. The moment you change it, it displays the below message –
“UNABLE TO VERIFY THIS PHONE HAS A GENUINE APPLE DISPLAY.”
Reason
The reason behind it is Apple’s Uniquely Programmed Chip. Apple installs this chip on the original screens on all its iPhones. The system verifies the touch module data during startup. You will find this touch module at the back of the screen. As soon as you change the screen, this touch module gets triggered. In fact, it causes a mismatch between the touch module data and the phone. Accordingly, you receive a warning pop-up.
So, if you try replacing your factory-installed screen display with an ordinary one, your iPhone immediately triggers you. In fact, if you even try a hand at swapping the parts between two identical models of iPhone, it still won’t work. The reason is that the programmed chip is designed to be quite unique for each handset. So, make sure to get the chip replaced as well.
You might face similar difficulties when you try replacing your phone’s battery or camera with an ordinary device. You can’t even attempt the same with an identical model of your iPhone.
Solution
For resolving this issue technically, you need to transfer the IC of your faulty component to your new battery or screen. In this way, you are assured of the optimal compatibility and functionality of your device. These are not the only benefits. But replacing the fault parts of your iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 ProMax safeguards other features as well. For example, you are in a better position to retain the original program and display settings of your device. It prevents you from all types of irritating notification messages

How does it work with us?

For all those who are not familiar, there is an ALS sensor flex cable affixed on every original screen. We safely remove this and place a clean piece of paper beneath its touch flex cable. Next, we provide a heat to this entire setup with a hot air gun for prying up the touch module on your original screen.
Lastly, we assemble your handset and the replaced screen and run a test. You just need to go the settings > About. If there is no warning message displayed, congratulations we are all good!
