Tracking details will be emailed, we use overnight signed for CourierPost.
Return courier is free of charge.

If you send it on a Monday, we receive it Tuesday, repair it, dispatch it back on a courier same day, and you receive it Wednesday.
RD Takes Longer
Complicated issue like liquid damage will also take longer.
We only procure original parts. In our experience copy or aftermarket parts are too fragile and causes too many issues either on the courier or during the warranty period thus it is in our best interest to use the highest quality parts.
99 / 100 – NO. Some repairs require a firmware reinstall which deletes all data, but we will advise if this is required before going ahead.
