RAM & SSD Upgrades
We stock 500gb & 1TB SSD’s in both the SATA & NVME format for iMac’s. RAM on both 21.5″ & 27″ iMacs can also be upgraded, usually up to 32GB or 64GB on newer machines.
Both SSD & RAM is guaranteed for 3 months.

No Power / Not Turning On
The power management controller inside the iMac is notorious for shorting out / becoming faulty after 2 or more years. We can replace the controller, run the tests and back the repair with a 3 month warranty.
If the controller is not in stock the lead time for part is 7-10 days, unless it is in stock.
Screen Repair
iMac screen repairs takes 1-3 business days assuming we have the screen in stock. Generally we will have to custom order the screen, which can take 7-14 days. iMac screen replacements are backed with with a 3 month warranty.
We also offer free loan MacBooks should you need a computer to keep you going.
